1. Scope and agreement

These Terms apply to the website, email alerts, and Free and Premium subscriptions offered by Neschtli. By subscribing or purchasing a paid subscription, you accept the terms presented at that time.

2. The service

Neschtli is an independent information service for apartment listings. Free provides the limited email alert described on the website. Premium provides the additional details, links, and catalogue features described on the website and before checkout.

The scope, price, billing period, and available features of the selected plan are displayed before a paid purchase.

3. Listings and external sources

Apartment information may change, be incomplete, or be removed by the original source. The original listing and the information supplied by the responsible cooperative or landlord are authoritative. External websites and application processes are controlled by their respective operators.

4. Registration and acceptable use

You must provide a reachable email address and protect access links or account credentials against unauthorised use. You may not misuse the service, access it through excessive automation, use it unlawfully, or interfere with other people or systems.

5. Premium, payment, and cancellation

Premium is a recurring subscription. The binding price, billing period, and available payment methods are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by the payment provider identified there.

You may cancel through the available subscription-management service. The timing and effect of cancellation are shown there. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise or different terms were expressly agreed at purchase, there is no contractual right to a refund of subscription fees already paid; in particular, cancellation during a current billing period does not result in a prorated refund.

6. Availability and changes

Neschtli may develop, change, or discontinue features, sources, or plans. Maintenance, technical failures, changes to external websites, and email-delivery problems may temporarily affect the service.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Neschtli is not liable for decisions by cooperatives or landlords, missed application deadlines, changed or incorrect third-party information, external links, or any particular application result. Liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, remains unaffected.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or ended in response to abusive or unlawful use. Payment obligations already incurred and mandatory rights remain unaffected.

9. Governing law

Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules and mandatory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.
